研究方向

研究组:鸟类系统基因组学和适应进化。

研究方向:主要采用基因组碱基序列构建物种的系统进化关系,主要包括鸟类,爬行类,植物等非模式物种,并利用构建的系统进化关系探究物种的行为进化模式,地理起源,进化冲突,以及适应进化特征。课题组目前主要通过大规模分析不同物种(主要是鸟类)的全基因组数据,探索新的数据类型(包括插入缺失模式,线粒体假基因等)用以解决物种进化关系。我们同时也开展鸟类特殊性状的进化模式等相关研究
